I started my fitness journey 5 years ago with a completely different body and state of mind. Over the years, I dealt with serious medical conditions, being overweight and underweight, “too sick", “too fat”, "too skinny", all of which affected my mental health. KinnectedHealth is my way of reaching out to those who feel that fitness isn't for them, who struggle with their body image, confidence or simply feel "stuck" in their current routines.
